1. Promoter

This promotion is conducted by bigboi International PTY LTD trading as bigboi Car Care. The promotion commences on 9:00AM AEST 25/04/2026 and closes at 11:59PM AEST 30/05/2026. Entries received outside this period will not be valid.

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to residents of the following regions only:

• Europe (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden)
  
• United Kingdom
  
• United States (Excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico)

Entrants must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

To enter, individuals must sign up to the bigboi VIP email list via pop up forms or promotion pages during the Promotion Period.

Limit of one entry per person unless otherwise stated.

4. Prize

There will be four (4) winners, one per region. Each winner will receive either:

• A bigboi Ultimate Garage Setup, or
  
• A bigboi gift card of equivalent value (at the Promoter’s discretion or where necessary).
  

Prize values are as follows:

• Australia: Up to AUD $3,657
  
• Europe: Up to €2,669.55
  
• United Kingdom: Up to £2,449
  
• United States: Up to USD $2,740.83
  

Prizes are valued as stated and exclude shipping and delivery costs, which may vary depending on the winner’s location and will be confirmed prior to dispatch. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. Winner Selection

This is a game of chance. Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries.

The draw will take place on 11/05/2026 via random electronic draw.

6. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via email within 3 days of the draw.

If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

7. Delivery of Prize

Prizes will be delivered to the winner’s nominated address within 30 days of confirmation.

Delivery is limited to addresses within the eligible regions listed above.

The Promoter is not responsible for any delays or damage in transit.

8. General Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including identity, age, and place of residence).

The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

9. Privacy

By entering this promotion, entrants agree to the collection and use of their personal information for the purposes of administering the promotion and receiving marketing communications from bigboi.

Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

10. Changes to Promotion

The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
