• Shipping Regions: United States & Canada

• Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery via your choice of carrier with real-time carrier rates applied at checkout.
  • Express Shipping: Faster delivery option via USPS with real-time carrier rates applied at checkout.

• Order Processing:

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 36–48 hours of placement (business days only).

  • Processing times may be extended during promotional or sale periods.
    

• Carrier: All orders are shipped using your choice of carrier. Fedex USPS, UPS, CANPost etc

• Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and service selected at checkout. Estimated delivery windows will appear during checkout.

• Shipping Costs: Shipping rates are calculated in real-time at checkout based on USPS rates to provide customers with the most accurate cost.

• Authority to Leave (ATL): All orders are shipped with Authority to Leave.
  A tracking email will be sent once dispatched. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address or provide a safe place for the parcel to be left.

  bigboi is not responsible for stolen or missing parcels once the carrier marks the delivery as completed.

• Order Tracking:

  • You can track your order by opening your order confirmation email and clicking Track Order. This link will take you to the most up-to-date status of your shipment. 
    
    

• Order Amendments & Cancellation: To cancel or amend an order:

  • Email hello@ibigboi.com within 1 hour of placing your order.

  • Strict maximum window: 24 hours (only if order has not yet entered processing).

  • Once the order is being processed, no changes or cancellations can be made.

  If a customer refuses delivery of an undamaged shipment, all return-to-sender fees and re-delivery charges will be the customer’s responsibility.

• Change of Delivery Address:

  • Address changes must be requested within 1 hour of placing the order by emailing hello@ibigboi.com.

  • Once the order enters processing, changes cannot be made.

  • If the order is already with the carrier, you must contact the carrier directly for redirection.
