Refund policy
All warranty claims must be submitted via the Service & Repairs Portal on the bigboi website. Once all details are submitted, you will receive further instructions regarding your claim from a member of the Service team. Please retain your proof of purchase for all warranty claims.
Refunds and replacements will be processed promptly once the warehouse has received and inspected the item(s). Please be aware that, depending on your payment method, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
Returns & Assessments Within 30 Days of Purchase
Faulty Products
If your bigboi product is found to be faulty within 30 days of purchase:
- bigboi will cover inbound and outbound shipping costs (subject to region)
- The product will be diagnosed by our Service & Support Team
- You will be advised of the outcome and resolution
If a major failure is confirmed, you are entitled to a refund or replacement, in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind or Non-Faulty Returns
We only accept returns where the product is unopened, unused, and in 100% resalable condition, including original packaging, accessories, manuals, and seals intact.
Products that have been opened, used, installed, tested, or show signs of wear will not be accepted for return.
All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. If a product does not meet the above conditions, the return may be rejected and the item returned to the customer at their expense.
If a product is returned within 30 days and is found to be:
- Non-faulty
- Returned for change of mind
- Incorrectly ordered
- Not required
A 15% restocking fee will apply. This fee covers inspection, handling, testing, and repackaging costs and will be deducted from any refund or store credit issued.
For change-of-mind returns, we only offer store credit—refunds are not available.
After 30 Days of Purchase
If a product is returned after 30 days and is believed to be faulty:
- The customer is responsible for inbound shipping costs
- The product will be fully inspected and tested by our Service & Repairs Team
- You will be notified of the outcome and available resolution
Important Warranty Notes
- Replacement of a product or part does not restart or extend the original warranty period.
- Warranty periods always run from the original purchase date
DRYER WARRANTY PERIOD
The Warranty period for your bigboi dryer commences on the date of the purchase of the product and expires at the end of the applicable period set out below:
Domestic use: 2 years (excluding Buddi & Buddi Jnr which is 1 year)
Professional/Commercial use: 1 year
Accessories (included with dryer): Not covered
What is covered?
Bigboi DRYER products are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in material, workmanship or if it is ‘dead on arrival’ for the periods stated above.
What is not covered?
This Warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, lack of maintenance, user’s negligence, misuse or normal wear and tear. Also not covered is any failure arising from accident, external sources such as weather, electrical outages or power surges, fire, sabotage, failure to store, operate and / or maintain the bigboi product in accordance with instructions provided in the instruction manual supplied with the product. This Warranty also does not cover any defects or damages caused by Services or Repairs performed by anyone other than a bigboi authorized Service Repairer.
WASHR WARRANTY PERIOD
The Warranty period for your bigboi washr commences on the date of the purchase of the product and expires at the end of the applicable period set out below:
Domestic use: 2 years
Professional/Commercial use: 1 year
Accessories (included with WASHR): Not covered
What is covered?
Bigboi WASHR products are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship for the periods stated above.
What is not covered?
This Warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, lack of maintenance, user’s negligence, misuse or normal wear and tear. Also not covered is any failure arising from accident, external sources such as weather, contaminated fluids, water quality, electrical outages or power surges, fire, sabotage, failure to store, operate and / or maintain the bigboi product in accordance with instructions provided in the instruction manual supplied with the product.
WASHR Maintenance:
Due to the nature of this product, the washr needs to be serviced at least yearly (subject to use) to maintain its optimal performance. Bigboi cannot control water quality or chemicals used in the washr or foam cannon. Misuse, or not servicing the washr can cause internal parts to fail. Please refer to the instruction’s manual provided with the washr for further information on maintenance and troubleshooting.
BIGBOI believes that you, the consumer, can maintain and repair the washr at your domestic or commercial areas to eliminate the inconvenience of returns, service & shipping costs, which is why we have created a Customers Right to Maintenance Program which provides a maintenance pack and a do-it-yourself video tutorial.
SUCKR WARRANTY PERIOD
The Warranty period for your bigboi SuckR commences on the date of purchase and expires at the end of the applicable period set out below:
- Domestic use: 2 years
- Professional/Commercial use: 1 year
- Accessories (included with SuckR): Not covered
What is covered?
bigboi SuckR products are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship for the periods stated above.

This Warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, lack of maintenance, user’s negligence, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Also not covered is any failure arising from accidents, external sources such as weather, electrical outages or power surges, fire, sabotage, failure to store, operate, and/or maintain the bigboi SuckR in accordance with the instructions provided in the product’s manual.
SuckR Maintenance
Due to the nature of this product, the SuckR requires regular cleaning and filter maintenance to maintain optimal performance. Misuse or failure to maintain the SuckR, such as not cleaning filters or using the product for inappropriate materials, may cause internal parts to fail.

ACCESSORY WARRANTY PERIOD (ADD ON’s)
The Warranty period for your bigboi accessory product commences on the date of the purchase of the product and expires at the end of the applicable period set out below:
Domestic & Commercial Use: 1 year

We’d like to kindly advise that any modifications, changes, or repairs involving electrical components should be carried out by a qualified and licensed electrician. This ensures the work is done safely, complies with regulations, and does not affect the product warranty.
