Great suction and the extraction kit is a great addon

Very good and solid build, for your next version make better latches that attach the vacuum body to the bucket as when it has even 0,5 liters of liquid, grabbing the vacuum by the handle separates it in half. So the latches can't support easily when you want to carry it around.

The vacuum is exceptionally powerful and user-friendly from the outset. The suction is particularly impressive. It is highly recommended and a must-have for a detailer.

Suction is great, but you must religiously change out filters and bag because they cook themselves easily if you don’t do so, the Bluetooth piece (remote) is annoying is sometimes hard to turn the machine off via remote, the extraction kit … forget it had the same issue with activating spray on and off on command .. I found the extraction handle and head was way too long for extracting in smaller or tighter areas…

Would I buy another ? Yeah maybe once they finesse there current products and other professional detailers rate them positively … one thing I will give the team at Bigboi is that there after sales , warranty people are mostly good 😊

Best vacum ever

Overall happy with the product, I am disappointed they would deliberately put weak clips on the side, that result in you unable to pick the unit up, and then designing the clips in such a way there is no way to physically retro fit any other system of fasten it physically. I assume the only reason for this after designing such a good package is to 'fix' the issue in a later model and sell it as a feature, very disappointing for the price point...

I am really impressed by this machine, suction is awesome but for the price I would have expected more than 1 single garbage bag. This does not take away from the quality of this vacuum, overall it exceeds my already high expectations

Great vaccum! Better than my shop vac. Price is 4x than my old vac so I expected that this would be better. I like the remote, it’s handy. Good hose length. A bit stiff but live the length. I can go from one side of the car to the other without lugging the vaccum around

I used it for the first time today. So fare great. The pet hair tool is quite handy. I’m not a fan of the remote, it falls off and I’m sure I’ll lose it. Definitely great so far.

Strong vacuum with several attachment options. Also recommend purchasing the extractor kit, which is quite strong.

Amazing vacuum, do wish it had a few extra tool to make it a quicker and easier job but none the less an amazing vacuum. Just bought the extractor as well.

This is a great machine, probably better suited to workshops. I do mobile detailing, so it’s a bit bulky. Also, I would recommend tweaking the plastic clips that hold the motor down onto base unit. They are not strong enough to hold the unit if you need to pick up the vacuum. Other than that, all good 👍🏻
