Warranty

All products are covered by a minimum of 36 months. Please contact your regions reseller for the duration that is support in your region.
Simply contact your BIGBOI reseller via email. However, all care must be taken and assurance that the product was used as designer or manufactures intended.

What is covered?

Your BIGBOI equipment is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 year from the date of purchase, when used as intended. (per the Owner’s Manual). Accessories not included. Please retain your proof of purchase with all warranty claims.
This is a back to base warranty, Any goods that have any issue within 30 days bigboi will provide shipping one way (subject to your region of purchase) only and at no extra cost to you, all labour and parts necessary to ensure your equipment is in proper operating condition. After 30 days any warranty claims will be the responsibility of the customer to get the unit back to the reseller.
The replacement of your equipment or any part of your equipment under warranty will not extend the period of warranty. This limited warranty is not transferable.

What is not covered?

BIGBOI shall not be liable for costs, damages or repairs incurred as a result of, due to, or from:
• Careless operation or handling, misuse, abuse and/or lack of maintenance.
• Not covered, carbon brushes, carbon brush wear, filters, or general maintenance.
• Use of parts and accessories other than those produced or recommended by BIGBOI.
• External sources such as weather, electrical outages or power surges.
• Repairs or alterations carried out by unauthorised parties or agents.
• Normal wear and tear (IE: cord, fuse, etc.).
Warranty service
Before service can take place, the terms of the warranty require that you contact BIGBOI with your model name/number, date and place of purchase to initiate a RA Case# (Return Authorisation Case #).
• Please keep your purchase receipt in a safe place to ensure you have this information.
• All work will be coordinated by BIGBOI or its authorised agents.
• Any replaced defective parts will become the property of BIGBOI.
• Service under this warranty will not extend the period of this warranty.
