Can I use an extension lead with the WashR TRADIE?
Yes you can - just make sure it is a Extra Heavy Duty Cable no longer than 15m. You need heavy gauge conductors to reduce voltage drops. A great option is the Extra Heavy Duty Commercial grade 15M Extension Lead 10 Amp available through bigboi.
WARNING: Failing to use the correct extension cord, or a cord longer than 15m may damage the electronics of the unit and void your warranty, same applies to generator users.
Can I use the WashR TRADIE with a power board?
No. The WashR TRADIE must be plugged directly into its own wall outlet or approved extension lead. Power boards can cause power instability and may damage the unit or void your warranty.

Can I use the WashR TRADIE with water from a tank or bucket?
No. The WashR TRADIE must be connected to a pressurised mains water supply. It is not designed to draw water from buckets or tanks, as inconsistent or unpressurised water can damage the pump and void your warranty.
Where do I get replacement Washer oil?
Your WashR pressure washer uses non-detergent pump oil. We recommend a high-quality, non-detergent oil rated API SF, SG, SH, SJ or higher.
You can use either SAE 10W-30 or 15W-40, depending on your climate and operating temperature.
Change the oil after the first 30 hours of use, then every 100 hours after that.
Tip: Never use automotive or detergent oils, as they can damage the pump over time.
