Warranty, Returns & Consumer Rights Policy
Statutory Consumer Rights (Important)
This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Nothing in this policy limits, excludes, or replaces any rights you may have under EU or UK consumer law, including your rights relating to faulty or non-conforming goods.
Warranty Claims Process

Once all required details are submitted, a member of the bigboi Service Team will provide further instructions regarding your claim.
Please retain your proof of purchase, as it is required for all warranty claims.
Refunds or replacements will be processed once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
EU Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If you purchased your product online and are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
Conditions of Withdrawal

Products may be handled only to the extent necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, and functioning (as you would in a retail store).

If the product has been used beyond this level, bigboi may deduct an amount reflecting any diminished value.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return, whichever occurs first.
Returns & Assessments (Faulty Products)
Faulty Products Within 30 Days
If your bigboi product is found to be faulty within 30 days of purchase:

You will be advised of the outcome and resolution
If a major fault is confirmed, you are entitled to a refund or replacement, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Returns After 30 Days (Faulty Products)
If a product is returned after 30 days and is believed to be faulty:

What Is Covered
bigboi products are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in material or workmanship, or if the product is dead on arrival, for the applicable warranty period.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

Improper use, misuse, or negligence

Lack of maintenance or failure to follow instructions

Normal wear and tear

Accidents, weather events, fire, sabotage

Electrical outages, power surges, contaminated fluids, or poor water quality

Storage, operation, or maintenance not in accordance with the product manual

Repairs or modifications carried out by anyone other than an qualified service provider
Maintenance Requirements (Important)
WASHR Maintenance
Regular servicing is required to maintain optimal performance. Failure to follow maintenance instructions may contribute to faults not covered by this warranty.
Water quality and chemicals used in the washr or foam cannon are outside bigboi’s control.
bigboi offers Customer Right to Maintenance Assistance, Parts and guides, including maintenance packs and instructional resources, to support safe and correct upkeep.
SUCKR Maintenance
Regular filter cleaning and maintenance are required. Misuse or failure to maintain filters may result in performance issues or internal damage not covered under this warranty.
Electrical Work & Safety
Any modifications, changes, or repairs involving electrical components must be carried out by a qualified and licensed electrician.
Failure to do so may compromise safety and void warranty coverage.
Final Notes

Replacement of a product or part does not restart or extend the original warranty period

Country-Specific Consumer Rights
Germany
For consumers located in Germany, this warranty is provided in addition to statutory rights under German consumer law and does not limit or replace those rights.
Any deduction for use following a withdrawal may apply only where the goods have been used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. Maintenance requirements are considered solely to determine whether a fault is attributable to a manufacturing defect and do not automatically exclude statutory rights.
In the event of any inconsistency, the German-language version of this policy and German law shall prevail.
France
For consumers located in France, this warranty is provided in addition to statutory guarantees under French law, including the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, which apply independently of any commercial warranty.
Any exclusions under this commercial warranty do not affect statutory rights. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
In the event of any inconsistency, the French-language version of this policy and French law shall prevail.
