SuckR PRO | How to maintain the unit (Maintenance Guide)

Regular servicing of your Bigboi SuckR PRO ensures it remains in top working condition. Follow these guidelines for routine maintenance and servicing.

General Maintenance Tips

  • Wear a Mask
Always wear a protective mask while cleaning the unit to avoid inhaling fine dust particles.

  • Clean After Every Use
Wipe down the body of the unit and all accessories with a soft cloth. Use compressed air to blow out dust and debris from crevices and around the motor vents.

Dry Cleaning Procedure

  1. Unlock the Tank
Open the lock to access the internal components of the vacuum.

  2. Clean Interior Surfaces
Use a dry cloth, brush, or compressed air to remove dust and debris inside the unit (refer to Pic.15 if applicable).

  3. Replace the Paper Bag (if applicable)

    • Remove and dispose of the used paper collection bag.

    • Install a new bag securely before next use.

Wet Cleaning Procedure

  1. Disassemble Upper Section
Remove the top part of the SuckR PRO to access the liquid collection tank.

  2. Empty the Tank
Carefully pour out any collected water or liquid waste.

  3. Rinse the Tank
Shake out any residual moisture or debris. Use clean water or blow dry with air if needed.

  4. Filter Cleaning

    • Wash the cassette filter with clean water only.

    • Do not bend the filter or scrub with coarse brushes — this could damage the mesh.

    • Allow it to dry completely before reinstalling.

Cassette Filter Maintenance

  • Remove the cassette filter from the vacuum’s top cover.

  • Rinse thoroughly with water (see Pic.16 for reference).

  • Let the filter air dry completely before reuse.

Final Tips

  • Never operate the unit without the filter installed.

  • Check all seals and latches after reassembly.

  • Store the unit in a dry place, away from moisture or extreme heat.

If you notice a drop in suction or hear unusual noises, it may be time to replace the filter or check for blockages. For more help contact our support team.
