WashR PRO | Producing very low pressure?

If your WashR PRO is delivering noticeably low pressure, there are several common causes that can be quickly checked and resolved. Low pressure can result in reduced cleaning performance, so follow these steps to diagnose and fix the issue.

POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
Insufficient water supply to inlet Ensure that your garden tap is turned on fully and the hose is not kinked or restricted.
Leaks in hose or fittings Check all hose fittings, quick-connects, and the gun for leaks. Reseal or replace any faulty parts.
Clogged nozzle Use the nozzle cleaning pin provided with your unit to remove debris or buildup.
Internal valve blockage or wear Clean or replace the internal valves if worn or clogged.
Spray pressure not adjusted correctly Check your pressure settings. Learn how to adjust spray pressure here.
Air in the system or pump not primed Turn on the water and hold the trigger until a steady stream of water flows through the lance.
Incorrect nozzle orifice size Use a 4.0 orifice nozzle for the best performance with the WashR PRO.

If issues persist after following these steps, your unit may require service or inspection.
