WashR FLO | Spray wand is leaking

If your WashR FLO spray wand is leaking, it’s often caused by a loose connection or a worn component in the wand-to-trigger gun assembly. Leaks can reduce water pressure and affect cleaning performance — here’s how to troubleshoot and fix it.

POSSIBLE CAUSES SOLUTION
Spray wand is not properly attached Insert the spray wand into the trigger gun. Carefully press in against the spring tension and twist it into the locked position until secure.
Broken O-ring or plastic insert Inspect the O-ring and internal plastic insert where the wand meets the trigger gun. If damaged, please contact our support team to organise a warranty claim or part order.

If reseating the wand doesn’t resolve the issue or if you notice worn components, don’t continue using the unit. Instead, reach out to the bigboi support team for fast assistance and replacement parts.
