WashR PRO | Correct use and storage of an extension cord
If need to use an extension cord, we recommend using a Extra Heavy Duty Cable no longer than 15m. You need heavy gauge conductors to reduce voltage drops. A great option is the Extra Heavy Duty Commercial grade 15M Extension Lead 10 Amp available through bigboi.
Extension leads should never be used or stored while tightly coiled, as this can cause the cable to overheat and damage the insulation or internal wiring. Always fully unwind the cable before use and store it loosely coiled once it’s cooled down.
WARNING: Failing to use the correct extension cord, or a cord longer than 15m may damage the electronics of the unit. Incorrect use or storage can cause permanent damage and will void the product warranty.
