WashR PRO | For the TSS Version only. The motor starts even with gun trigger is released

The WashR PRO with Total Stop System (TSS) is designed to stop the motor when you release the trigger. If your unit continues running after releasing the trigger, it may indicate a blockage or internal pressure issue within the hydraulic circuit.

Follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue safely.

Troubleshooting: TSS Motor Doesn’t Stop

POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
Nozzle clogged Remove and clean the nozzle using the pin tool provided with your unit. A blocked nozzle prevents the system from depressurising, keeping the motor running.
High-pressure system not watertight If the system isn’t holding pressure properly due to a leak or faulty seal, the TSS may fail. Contact bigboi Customer Support
Fault in the hydraulic circuit or TSS mechanism Persistent motor running after cleaning may indicate an internal fault. Contact bigboi Customer Support
