What is the RED Cap Installed in the Valve Manifold?

If you’ve unboxed your WashR PRO and noticed a bright red cap on the valve manifold, don’t worry — it’s there for a reason. This red cap is a transport safety plug designed to protect the internal components during shipping and storage.

What Does It Do?

The red cap seals the valve manifold to prevent water, dust, or debris from entering the system before first use. It’s a critical component during transport, but it’s not intended for operation.

What Should I Do Before Using My WashR PRO?

Before operating your unit for the first time:

  1. Remove the red cap from the valve manifold.

  2. Replace it with the black breather cap included in your packaging.

The black breather cap allows air flow and pressure regulation while the machine is running. Operating your WashR PRO with the red transport cap still installed may result in pressure build-up, reduced performance, or even damage to internal components.

Final Tip

Always double-check that the red cap has been removed before connecting water and powering on the unit. If you've misplaced your black breather cap or have any concerns, our support team is here to help.
