SuckR PRO | My unit is not turning on

Why Is My SuckR PRO Not Turning On?

If your SuckR PRO won’t power on, the most likely cause is a blown PCB (Printed Circuit Board). This can happen due to overheating, often linked to a clogged HEPA filter or improper usage.

Common Cause

  • Overheating from blocked airflow:
If the HEPA filter becomes clogged—especially after wet use—and is not cleaned and dried properly, it can restrict airflow and force the motor to work harder, eventually damaging the PCB.

What You Should Do

  • Check the HEPA Filter:
Ensure it has been cleaned and thoroughly dried after each use. A wet or clogged filter can lead to motor and PCB damage.

  • Avoid Frequent Overheating:
Never operate the unit for long periods without giving it time to cool. Always clean the tank and filters after heavy or wet use.
