WashR FLO | Maintenance Guide

Regular maintenance of your bigboi WashR FLO ensures its longevity and peak performance. Follow these guidelines to keep your pressure washer in top condition.

Maintenance Steps

Check for Defects
Inspect the unit regularly for visible defects such as loose fittings, cracks, or worn components. Address issues before continued use.

Inspect Covers and Guards
Ensure all covers and guards are correctly installed and free of damage. Never operate the unit with missing or broken safety components.

Strainer Use
Never operate the WashR FLO without the water inlet strainer. A missing or damaged strainer can lead to internal damage from debris. Replace if necessary.

Transporting the Washer

  • Use the top handle to lift the unit when going over stairs or uneven terrain.

  • If transporting or storing the unit horizontally, drain the detergent tank beforehand to prevent leaks or residue buildup.

Cleaning the Exterior

  • Wipe down the unit using a soft brush or cloth.

  • Do not use water, solvents, or polish to clean the machine.

  • Remove any dust or buildup from the ventilation slots to maintain airflow.

Cleaning the Nozzles

  • Use the supplied nozzle cleaning pin to clear blockages.

  • Clean nozzles regularly to maintain optimal spray pattern and pressure.

Servicing and Repairs
Like any high-performance equipment, components will wear over time.

  • Only use authorised bigboi parts for replacements.

  • All servicing must be performed by a bigboi-authorised technician.
