WashR PRO | How to use your Nozzles correctly

🎯 How to Use and Attach Nozzles on Your WashR PRO

Attaching and using the correct nozzle is key to getting the best results — and keeping things safe — with your WashR PRO. Here’s everything you need to know.

✅ Attaching Nozzles to the Spray Wand

1. Engage the Trigger Lock
Activate the trigger lock on your spray gun to avoid accidental spraying while attaching the nozzle.

2. Prepare the Quick-Connect Fitting

  • Pull back the slip ring on the quick-connect socket at the end of the spray wand.

3. Insert the Nozzle

  • Slide the desired nozzle into the socket on the spray wand.

4. Lock It In Place

  • Release the slip ring and twist slightly.

  • You should hear a “CLICK” — that means the nozzle is securely attached.

  • Pull the nozzle and wand in opposite directions to make sure they’re locked tight.

Secure Nozzle

    • Release the slip ring on the female quick-disconnect and twist. Listen for a "CLICK" to ensure both quick-disconnects are coupled.
    • Pull the high-pressure nozzle and spray wand in opposite directions to ensure they do not separate.

🧩 Nozzle Colour & Spray Pattern Guide

Your WashR PRO includes five colour-coded nozzles, each designed for specific tasks. They’re stored in dedicated slots on the handle panel — the colour labels show where each one goes.

🔴 Red – 0° Nozzle

Spray Pattern: Pinpoint stream
Use For:

  • Blasting off rust, tar, or caked mud

  • Cleaning undercarriages or wheel wells
⚠️ Caution: Extremely powerful. Do not use on paint, glass, or delicate surfaces.

🟡 Yellow – 15° Nozzle

Spray Pattern: Narrow fan (15°)
Use For:

  • Stripping paint or heavy grime from tough surfaces

  • Metal bumpers, ute trays, or chassis parts
⚠️ Caution: For use only on surfaces that can handle high pressure.

🟢 Green – 25° Nozzle

Spray Pattern: Medium fan (25°)
Use For:

  • General cleaning: cars, motorbikes, boats

  • Ideal balance of power and surface area

White – 40° Nozzle

Spray Pattern: Wide fan (40°)
Use For:

  • Gentle rinsing of painted panels

  • Final rinse after foaming

  • Safe for most exterior surfaces

✅ Final Tip: Don’t Guess — Choose the Right Nozzle for the Job

Picking the correct nozzle will protect your vehicle and make your cleaning job way more effective. If you’re ever unsure, start with the white 40° nozzle and test on a small area.
