WashR FLO | The pump is very noisy

If your WashR FLO is making more noise than usual, it could be a sign of air leaks, water flow issues, or a mechanical fault. Follow this troubleshooting guide to identify and resolve the issue quickly.

POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
Pump is sucking in air Check that the hose and fittings are airtight. Turn off the machine and purge the pump by squeezing the trigger gun until a steady flow of water emerges through the nozzle.
Inlet water supply is too low or restricted Ensure your garden hose is at least ½ inch in diameter and free from kinks or obstructions. Avoid using long or coiled hoses that reduce flow.
Water inlet filter is clogged Remove and rinse the inlet filter under clean water. Ensure it is reinstalled properly and free from damage.
Pump is dry or hasn’t primed Always make sure water is flowing through the pump before switching it on. Run water through the hose and trigger for 30 seconds before turning on the unit.
Internal wear or mechanical issue If noise persists after trying the steps above, the pump may require service. Contact our support team to organise inspection or repair.
