WashR FLO | No detergent present

If your WashR FLO isn’t dispensing detergent through the included foam cannon, it can often be traced to a few common causes. Most issues relate to either detergent thickness, spray wand positioning, or blockages in the system. Follow the guide below to diagnose and resolve the problem quickly.

POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
Detergent is too thick Dilute detergent with water to improve suction and flow
Spray wand is in high pressure position Twist the wand tip to the low-pressure (foam) position
Discharge nozzle is obstructed Blow out or remove debris using compressed air or a fine needle
Foam cannon filter is clogged Remove the foam cannon intake and rinse the internal mesh filter
Suction tube is disconnected or kinked Inspect the detergent suction tube for proper connection and ensure it isn’t pinched
Incorrect detergent bottle thread or seal Ensure the detergent bottle is securely attached with the correct thread and no air leaks

If you’ve checked all of the above and are still experiencing issues, the foam cannon may need service or replacement. Please contact our support team to organise a warranty claim or part order.
