If your WashR DUO is powered on and the motor is running but you're not achieving the expected spray pressure, there are several potential causes. Use the table below to diagnose and fix the issue:
Probable Cause | Solution |
---|---|
Pump sucking air | Check all hose fittings are secure and sealed tightly. |
Valves worn or dirty | Inspect and clean the valves. Replace if damaged or worn. |
Unloader valve packing worn | Check and replace the unloader valve packing if necessary. |
Nozzle incorrect or worn | Ensure the nozzle matches the pressure spec and is not blocked or worn. Replace if needed. |
Water supply pressure low | Verify that the tap is fully open and water flow meets the required minimum (5GPM at 20PSI). |
Filter dirty | Check, clean, or replace the inlet filter to ensure proper water flow. |
