WashR FLO | My unit is no longer turning on

If your WashR FLO won’t power on, don’t stress — it’s often something simple. Run through the checklist below to diagnose the issue and get back to detailing ASAP.

🔧 Possible Causes & Solutions

Possible Cause What You Can Do
Power plug not fully connected or no power Ensure the power cord is firmly plugged into a working socket. Test the outlet and check your switchboard for any tripped circuits.
Damaged power cord or plug Inspect the power cable for cuts, frays, or melted areas. If you see any damage, stop using the unit immediately and contact bigboi support.
Undersized or incorrect extension cord Only use an Extra Heavy Duty (IPX5-rated) extension cord. Undersized cords can reduce voltage and prevent startup, or worse — damage the unit.
Damaged or broken power switch If the power light doesn’t respond when you press the switch, the internal switch may be faulty. Contact bigboi support to organise a repair.
Failed relay inside the unit Could be due to a damaged or broken power switch, or a failed relay inside the unit. Contact support to organise repair.
