WashR DUO | There is the presence of water in the oil

Water in the pump oil is never normal and should be addressed immediately. This contamination can lead to internal damage if ignored, but it's usually easy to prevent with proper maintenance.

Possible Cause What You Can Do
High humidity in the air Check and change the oil more frequently in humid environments to prevent moisture build-up.
Worn piston packing or oil seal Contact bigboi customer support — your internal seals may need inspection or replacement.
Not performing regular maintenance Stick to your service schedule — especially oil changes — to avoid long-term pump damage and oil contamination.
Using the wrong oil Only use non-detergent API SF SAE 10W/30 or 15W/40 oil. Avoid detergent oils — they create foam and reduce performance.
