WashR PRO | The current surged high while the WashR is starting up
If your WashR PRO experiences a sudden current surge during startup, it’s often caused by irregular or excessive voltage from the power source. This can trigger the unit’s internal safety mechanisms or cause performance issues.
What to Check

Verify Incoming Voltage
Ensure the power source supplies a consistent voltage close to 240V. Significant fluctuations or spikes may cause the unit to surge when powering on. -
Avoid Undersized Extension Cords
Using an incorrect extension cord gauge can also contribute to startup surges. For guidance, refer to our Extension Cord Gauge Guide. -
Use a Dedicated Circuit
Plug your WashR PRO directly into a dedicated outlet where possible, avoiding shared circuits with other high-power appliances.
