WashR FLO | Water is leaking from the pump

If your WashR FLO is leaking water from the pump, don’t panic — it’s often a sign of wear or a loose connection. Use the table below to diagnose and resolve the issue quickly.

POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
Loose fittings Check that all hose and pump fittings are tightened securely. Avoid overtightening plastic connections.
Damaged or worn water seals Internal pump seals may need replacement. Contact our support team to organise a warranty claim or replacement parts.
Excessive back pressure or clogged components Ensure the nozzle is not clogged and the spray wand is operating correctly. Use the nozzle cleaning tool if needed.
Pump was run without adequate water supply Dry running the pump can damage internal seals. Always ensure a full water supply before starting the unit.
