WashR FLO | My unit is not turning off

If your WashR FLO continues to run even after you release the trigger, it may indicate an issue with the system not being able to build and maintain proper pressure. This can lead to continuous cycling of the pump, potentially causing long-term damage if not addressed.

The most common cause is a pressure leak within the system, preventing the Total Stop System (TSS) from engaging as intended.

Troubleshooting Steps

POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
System can't build pressure due to a leak Inspect all hose connections, fittings, and seals for visible leaks. Tighten or replace any damaged components.
Trigger gun is leaking or faulty Check the trigger gun for cracks, dripping, or internal valve failure. Replace if necessary.
High-pressure hose is cracked or not connected properly Look for visible wear or damage on the hose. Ensure it's locked in securely at both ends.
Unloader valve is stuck An internal fault may be causing the unloader valve to remain open. If no external leaks are found, this may require servicing.

If you've checked for external leaks and the unit still does not shut off, the issue may be internal. Please discontinue use to avoid further damage.
