WashR PRO | When I switch on the unit, the motor hums but does not run
If your WashR PRO motor hums when you turn it on but doesn’t actually run, it’s usually a power or pump issue. Below are the most likely causes — and how to fix them fast.
| Possible Cause | What You Can Do |
|---|---|
| Mains voltage is too low | Check that your power supply meets the required voltage. Avoid using outlets on long circuits or overloaded boards. |
| Pump is stuck or frozen | Turn off the unit and try rotating the motor manually using the shaft (refer to your manual). If it won’t move, contact support. |
| Incorrect extension cable used | Use only an Extra Heavy Duty extension cord (IPX5-rated). Undersized cords can cause voltage drop and humming. |
