WashR PRO | For the TSS Version only. No water delivery when gun trigger is depressed

If you own the WashR PRO with Total Stop System (TSS) and no water is delivered when the trigger on the gun is pulled, don’t panic. This can happen if the nozzle is blocked or partially clogged. It’s an easy fix with the right approach.

Follow the troubleshooting steps below to get the water flowing again.

Troubleshooting: TSS No Water Output

POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
Blocked or clogged nozzle tip With the supply hose connected, remove and clean the nozzle using the pin tool provided. Flush any debris out and re-test.
Debris in the gun or lance Remove the lance and inspect for blockages. Blow compressed air or run clean water through it to clear the path.
Airlock in pump system Purge the system by turning the unit off, disconnecting the gun, and running water through the inlet until it flows steadily.
Fault in the TSS circuit If cleaning doesn’t resolve the issue, the Total Stop System may require inspection or repair. Contact our team.

Still no flow? It’s possible there’s an internal fault with the TSS system.
