SuckR PRO | Why Is My Engine Housing Overheating?

If your SuckR PRO's engine housing is getting too hot during use, it’s important to address the issue quickly to avoid long-term damage. Overheating can be caused by airflow obstructions, electrical mismatches, or filter blockages. Follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue.

POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
Poor cooling Inspect and clean all ventilation holes. Ensure they are not blocked or obstructed during use, and allow adequate airflow around the unit.
Clogged or dirty filter element Remove and clean the filter element thoroughly. Make sure it is completely dry before reassembling.
Electrical mismatch Verify that the electrical network delivers 220–240V at 50 Hz. If not, use a voltage stabiliser to maintain proper performance.

If the overheating issue continues after these steps, contact the bigboi support team for further assistance. Overheating may be covered under warranty depending on the cause.
