SuckR PRO | Why Is My Engine Housing Overheating?
If your SuckR PRO's engine housing is getting too hot during use, it’s important to address the issue quickly to avoid long-term damage. Overheating can be caused by airflow obstructions, electrical mismatches, or filter blockages. Follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue.
| POSSIBLE CAUSE | SOLUTION |
|---|---|
| Poor cooling | Inspect and clean all ventilation holes. Ensure they are not blocked or obstructed during use, and allow adequate airflow around the unit. |
| Clogged or dirty filter element | Remove and clean the filter element thoroughly. Make sure it is completely dry before reassembling. |
| Electrical mismatch | Verify that the electrical network delivers 220–240V at 50 Hz. If not, use a voltage stabiliser to maintain proper performance. |
If the overheating issue continues after these steps, contact the bigboi support team for further assistance. Overheating may be covered under warranty depending on the cause.
