WashR DUO | For the TSS Version only. No water delivery when gun trigger is depressed

If you're using the TSS (Total Stop System) version of the WashR DUO and water isn’t flowing when you pull the trigger, it usually points to a minor issue with flow restriction or air blockage. The table below outlines the most common causes and how to fix them.

Possible Cause What You Can Do
Nozzle clogged Disconnect the nozzle and inspect for blockages. Clean thoroughly using the supplied pin tool or compressed air. Reconnect and test with the hose attached.
Air in the system Purge the system by running water through the gun without the nozzle attached. Hold the trigger down for at least 30 seconds until a steady stream appears.
Water supply not turned on or insufficient Ensure your garden tap is fully open and that the hose is connected to a mains water supply — not a tank. The minimum requirement is 20 PSI at 19LPM.
Dirty or blocked inlet filter Remove and inspect the water inlet filter. Clean thoroughly and reinstall. A clogged filter can restrict water flow to the pump.
Incorrect quick connect attachment Ensure the spray gun, lance, and nozzle are properly connected. Tug on all quick-connect fittings to make sure they're seated and locked in place.
Internal blockage in high-pressure hose or gun Disconnect the hose from both ends and inspect for any visible obstructions. Blow compressed air through the hose if needed to clear debris.

Still no luck?

If none of the above solves the issue, it could indicate a faulty valve or internal component. Reach out to our tech support team — we’ll help diagnose it further and organise a warranty claim or part replacement if needed.
