WashR PRO | The motor does not start when switched on

If your WashR PRO won’t turn on when you hit the switch, don’t stress — it's often something simple. Go through the checklist below to diagnose the issue and get back to washing in no time.

Possible Cause What You Can Do
Power plug not fully connected or no power Ensure the power cord is plugged in properly. Check the outlet, circuit breaker, and switch.
Incorrect extension lead used Use an Extra Heavy Duty extension cord (IPX5 rated). Undersized cords can cause voltage drops and prevent startup. (Or worse, and damage your unit)
Motor safety switch tripped Let the unit rest for a few minutes, then try again. If the unit overheated, it may need time to reset.
Faulty power cable or switch Inspect the cable for cuts or damage. If faulty, do not use the unit — contact bigboi support for service options.
