If your TDS metre isn’t powering on, don’t panic — it’s often a simple fix.
Sometimes the battery can shift slightly during shipping, which prevents the device from turning on properly.
Here’s what to do:

Open the battery compartment at the back of the TDS metre.

Remove the battery, then carefully re-insert it:

Make sure one end slides under the rear pins.
-
The other end should sit on top of the front pins.

Close the battery cover and try turning it on again.
If the metre still doesn’t respond, try replacing the battery or contact our Customer Support Team for help.
