WashR FLO | Why is my hose vibrating

If your WashR FLO’s hose is vibrating or pulsating during use, this typically indicates a blockage or obstruction in the system — most commonly debris stuck in the outlet valves of the pump. This issue may affect water flow and overall performance, and while it’s not dangerous, it should be addressed promptly to avoid unnecessary wear on the machine.

This condition is considered regular maintenance and is not covered under warranty.

POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
Debris stuck in outlet valves Remove and inspect the outlet valves. Clean any debris thoroughly. If damaged or excessively worn, replace the valves with genuine bigboi parts.
Dirty or clogged nozzle Use the provided nozzle cleaner pin to clear any obstruction. A partially blocked nozzle can cause fluctuating pressure and vibrations.
Air trapped in the system Purge the system by turning off the unit and squeezing the trigger gun until water flows steadily from the nozzle without sputtering.

If your hose continues to vibrate after following the steps above, the issue may require inspection by a professional.
