How to Install the Orifice on the Bigboi Foamr Pro+

How to Install the Orifice in Your FoamR PRO PLUS

If you’ve just unboxed your bigboi FoamR PRO PLUS, you’re probably itching to blast that thick foam. But first — let’s talk about the orifice installation. It’s quick, it’s easy, and it’s essential for getting the best performance from your pressure washer and avoiding leaks.

🧠 Why You Need to Install the Orifice

Unlike our standard foam cannons (which come ready to go with the orifice pre-installed), the FoamR PRO PLUS is sold globally — and that means you need to install the correct orifice yourself, based on your pressure washer’s specs.

Here’s the rule of thumb:

Pressure Washer Flow Rate Recommended Orifice Size
Under 8 LPM 1.20 mm
8 LPM or higher 1.35 mm

Using the wrong orifice can cause your foam cannon to over-ramp, leak, or underperform. Let’s not do that.

🛠️ How to Install the Orifice

Step 1: Get Your Gear Ready
Open your FoamR PRO PLUS box — it should include:

  • Foam cannon head

  • Two bottles

  • O-rings & service kit

  • Two orifices (1.20 mm & 1.35 mm)

Step 2: Select the Right Orifice
Based on your pressure washer specs (see table above), choose the correct orifice.

Step 3: Install the Orifice

  • Unscrew the foam cannon head

  • Locate the orifice port inside the brass connector

  • Insert the correct orifice using a flathead screwdriver

  • Tighten securely

Step 4: Reassemble and Test
Put the unit back together, connect it to your lance, and check for leaks. You’re good to go!

🔁 Maintenance Reminder

Your FoamR PRO PLUS includes a full service kit, including O-rings, so you can maintain it regularly and keep performance high. A little TLC goes a long way.
